Women’s Slipper Shoes
Women’s slipper shoes have always been a very important piece of footwear. Although they most likely will never see the outside of her house or apartment, women love their slipper shoes and take great care in their purchase. A women’s slipper shoe or slipper as they are commonly called are typically soft padded slip on footwear a woman wears to protect her feet while walking throughout her home. They come in a wide variety of colors and styles.
The most common is the simple slip on style. This is basically a flat sole with a band across the top which secures the slipper to her feet.
It may not any other prices to hold it in place. This is not normally necessary anyway since the slipper is just worn around the house while she goes from bedroom to bathroom or kitchen or etc. etc. etc.
The sole of these slippers are normally flat and have a soft rubber base. The top surface is covered with a comfortable plushy type of fabric, and the strap or top band is often made in the same type of material. It is usually stretchy to provide a secure yet comfortable fit. These slippers may have extra trim or decorations for added beauty and style. Some women also prefer a covered style of slipper. This is similar to a pair of shoes or even boots.
This is more commonly used during winter when the floors may be colder and a woman wants her feet to stay protected and warm. The soles still normally flat and the slippers are made from a soft, fluffy, and comfortable fabric. These winter slippers may have a bit more insulation or padding to provide extra warmth.
